Met-L-Chek® WCP-81 - Fast Drying White Contrast Paint

WCP-81 is a specially formulated, fast drying white contrast paint that is used to create a consistent background on the component surface to increase contrast for fine flaw detection with the black visible particles in MPI-80P. When dry, the white contrast paint is resistant to the wet method baths used for inspection, but is easily removed from the demagnetized component surface with a solvent cleaner such as R-504. (MPI-80 is a premixed, ready-to-use, visible black magnetic particle bath designed for high sensitivity visible magnetic particle inspection.)
